David Duchovny Leaves Rehab
David Duchovny has checked out of a rehabilitation center for sex addiction, according to his lawyer, Stanton “Larry” Stein.
“David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie,” Stein tells PEOPLE. “He successfully completed his treatment.”
The actor, 48, voluntarily entered a facility to treat the addiction in August, Stein told PEOPLE at the time.
Duchovny has been married to actress Téa Leoni since 1997. They have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.

When anyone voluntarily enters a rehab program the chances of success are so much greater. I’m glad to hear that David is the kind of family man, husband and community member that understands how his health affects so many people, and of course, himself. We are not alone. Good luck David and God bless you in your efforts to support and raise your family.

I am so happy for David! Timmer- I agree a lot with you. Any one who chooses themselves to go to rehab is a hero in my mind! He’s one of the few actors who has stayed above all of the crap that goes on in Hollywood!

I agree, David is an amazing man, and God Bless him for seeking help, and bringing attention to this problem. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
I’m excited as well about the new movie, rumor has it is being filmed here in Atlanta.

David just seems to keep on going from one amzing achievement to the next. Much respect for him for beating that ol’ devil of his and moving on to yet another new realm of being an upright man and a great actor. Stay golden, ponyboy!! Yr Dutch fanbase is right behind you!
